Clay Shed Bristol

A great two days shooting at The Clay Shed in Bristol. Wonderful people and wonderful ceramics! It was a real pleasure to work with all the great folk at The Clay Shed and photographing all of their beautiful work. Photos will follow shortly!

Illustrate

Another wonderful day out with the camera! I was fortunate enough to spend the day creating images for Illustrate Cardiff.

BBC National Orchestra

Something a little different! I was lucky enough to spend the evening at the Wales Millennial Centre photographing the incredible Welsh National Orchestra! Above are a few of the images taken.

Landscapes

Landscape photographs are another genre of image making that I love. Unfortunately I never seem to have enough time to go out and create them. I am hoping that this summer will give me an opportunity to go out with my camera & tripod and create some new images! In the meantime check out my commissioned landscapes on the main page.

iDropped It

A cold weekend morning creating some commercial images for iDropped It. Great fun and some lovely images for their portfolio!

Andy Lo Po

Portrait of myself taken by Andy Lo Po

I have been working non stop over the last few months and there’s lots more work to do! I have however,  been lucky enough to meet lots of big industry names along the way, the likes of Andy to LoPo, John Wyatt Clark & Edward Fury. Some of them have even taken my Portrait! Hopefully I will get some down time soon so I can fully update this blog! Watch this space!

Wave Installation Opening

Recently I visited the Wave installation opening in Cardiff bay. Many of my friends and peers were exhibiting their work which was fabulous to see! It was also great to spend some down time with a few drinks!

Passion Project - Heritage Railways

Steam and heritage railways have been a part of my life since I was a young boy. From my first trips on the rails with my father to see Rev. W Awdry’s Thomas the Tank Engine, to the moment I proposed to my fiancée on the crowded Paignton to Kingswear line. I have always had a love for steam and heritage railways. Yet I have not always been able to translate this love into a tangible explanation. Fortunately, my photographic skills have developed over time, and this has allowed me to translate my emotions into some kind of comprehendible body of work. My fascination derives from a place of nostalgia. The railways enable me to experience a world that has been left behind. I love visiting heritage railways with my wife and sharing short adventures on the rails through the British countryside.
